1. Data Collection

The Valorant Status Bot collects and stores the absolute minimum amount of data required to function. We do not log message contents, server structures, or personal Discord information.

• Saved Profiles: When you use the /profile save command, we store your Discord User ID, chosen Region, and Riot ID (Name + Tag) in a local database. This is used solely to default your username in future commands.
• Tracked Players: When a server administrator uses the /track add command, we store the Discord Guild (Server) ID, Channel ID, and the Riot ID of the player being tracked to send notifications.

2. Data Usage

The data collected is used exclusively for the operation of the Bot's commands (e.g., fetching stats from the HenrikDev API without requiring you to retype your username). We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties.

3. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete your saved profile at any time by running /profile delete. This immediately removes your Discord User ID and associated Riot ID from our database.
• Server administrators can remove tracked players by using /track remove.
• If the bot is removed from a server, you may contact the developer to have all associated tracking data manually purged.

4. Third-Party APIs

When you use commands to fetch statistics, the Bot sends the provided Riot ID (Name and Tag) to the public HenrikDev API to retrieve the relevant data. Please refer to HenrikDev's policies regarding how they handle API requests.
